I have the DW-5035D-1B, the anniversary model of the original DW-5000c-1b variant. Really love the beatiful design of these squares, their robustness and simplicity.

Why did the bezel crack? Of age? Because normally the watch is almost impossible to destroy.

1986年、処分価格の１９８０円で出張先の伊東市のディスカウントストアで手に入れました。当時は誰からも見向きもされない時計でした。
1度、ベゼルとベルトを交換して保存していましたが、先日、様子を見たら加水分解で崩壊してました。電池も今は入手が大変厳しいようですし。
他、MRGもフロッグマンもガウスマンもライズマンも・・・・合計14個、破棄しました。
今後、購入しない時計です。
